BASF Near-Zero Energy Home

The BASF Near-Zero Energy Home is a project that I read about a while back (maybe in Time Magazine?). I thought that it was fascinating. You really can have a home that's efficient and good looking! And I'm sure that everyone could live with lower utility bills.
