Williams-Sonoma Spring Garden

We were in Bellevue (Seattle area) over the weekend and go to do some fun shopping.  At Williams-Sonoma we saw their adorable Easter dinnerware.  I loved this Spring Garden platter, but it was a little pricey...  So we picked up a couple of salad plates.  I can't get over how cute the bunny is!

Rusty Birds

Last weekend there was a craft fair here in Wenatchee.  I bought one thing, and it was this cute little bunny plant stake.  We have missed our little bunnies since we moved here from the Midwest.  Rusty Birds has lots of cute plant stakes, birds to mount, and even squirrels!

Emily Winfield Martin

One of the discoveries that I made at Pickle Papers was Emily Winfield Martin.  My niece loves things that she calls "whimsy," and Emily Winfield Martin seems to be an expert.  She is a lovely illustrator.  You can find her prints and postcards in her Etsy shop: The Black Apple.  And you can read her blog here.  (I really love this print - it makes me miss my Illinois bunnies and squirrels!)

Snuggle Bunny Sweater

I got a catalog in the mail the other day from a British clothing company called SimplyBe.  I'm not sure why I got it, but it had some interesting items - including this adorable sweater!  Joe Brown's Snuggle Bunny Sweater comes complete with a faux fur tail.  So cute.

Shane Confectionery

Did you have a great Easter?  This beautiful sugar rabbit is from Shane Confectionery in Philadelphia.  I read about them in Martha Stewart Living.  I don't know if I would eat it or just look at it...

Figural Bunny Collection Serveware

We were in Utah last week for the NCAA games.  It was all very exciting.  On the way home, I picked up the latest issue of Martha Stewart Living, and I was glad I did!  It had a lot of great ideas.  One ad that was particularly cute was for Martha's Figural Bunny Collection serveware at Macy's.  I also liked this bunny cake stand.

Easter Decorations

Easter is coming early this year!  Williams-Sonoma has some fabulous tabletop decor to get you ready.  I love these little bunny place card holders and classic bunny plates.

Swinging Hare Door Knocker

We were downtown the other day and stopped in Anthropologie.  They have some really lovely animal knobs and hooks.  I think I may have to get this cute rabbit door knocker.

The Seven Dwarfs' Beds

We caught a few minutes of Snow White on TV the other day. It was the part when she's cleaning the dwarfs' cottage with all of the forest critters. It was unbelievably cute. We loved the rabbits carved on the beds and the squirrels sweeping dirt under the rug with their tails.

Droog Hare Mat

Wouldn't you love to have a rabbit as your doormat? This delightful mat can be found on a really great web site: dutchbydesign.com. Check it out.

Night Lights

The other day, we saw an episode of SpongeBob called Night Light, and it made me think about night lights. Of course, SpongeBob used about a million of them, and it turned into a fiasco. I think I would like one. You see the fine art ones everywhere, and I like this Maxfield Parrish version. I also really liked this rabbit one that I found on Etsy. In the daytime, it looks like a normal lampshade, and at night the bunny and his tree appear!

Easter Candy

With Easter coming up in just a couple of days, I've got to be thinking about Easter candy! Tony loves it, and we've already gone through numerous bags of the Cadbury mini eggs. You always need a chocolate bunny, and we prefer ones that don't taste like wax and don't have tons of packaging. So I think we'll opt for the Lindt gold bunnies again this year. They are delicious, and you can recycle their cute foil wrappers!
