When I was thinking about Young Women activities the other day, I noticed this Nautical Knot Bracelet tutorial on Etsy. These are so cute, and I think they would be a perfect activity for teenage girls.

Victoria and Albert Museum Fabric by Rowan
I loved the few pieces of Victoria and Albert fabric that I bought at Suppose so much, but the fabric is so hard to find online. I turned to Etsy and found a few sources and ordered about 8 or 9 yards (including these designs)! You can find some at the adorably-named FlyingBulldogs Etsy shop here.

Emily Winfield Martin
One of the discoveries that I made at Pickle Papers was Emily Winfield Martin. My niece loves things that she calls "whimsy," and Emily Winfield Martin seems to be an expert. She is a lovely illustrator. You can find her prints and postcards in her Etsy shop: The Black Apple. And you can read her blog here. (I really love this print - it makes me miss my Illinois bunnies and squirrels!)

I found a fantastic Etsy shop called Erie Canal Collectors. They sell really great vintage jewelry. I especially like the signet rings and this classic turquoise cuff.

Thomas Siciliano, Papermaker
Another out-of-stater at the Best of Missouri Market was Thomas Siciliano, Papermaker, from Minnesota. He makes handmade paper with embedded plants that have been painted. His beautiful work can be found in his Etsy shop here.

Sprouted Designs
A returning favorite of mine at the Best of Missouri Market was Sprouted Designs. Amanda Gray-Swain offers lovely screen printed cards, flour sack towels, scarves, and kids' clothes. Last year I bought a set of dogwood notecards. This year I saw this bunny design printed on a onesie, and it was so adorable. You can find Sprouted Designs around St. Louis and in an Etsy shop here.

MG Designs
One booth that caught my eye at the Best of Missouri Market was filled with fabulous pennant pillows. MG Designs offers decorative pillows made from vintage travel pennants. Mimi Griffith is based in St. Louis but also has a shop on Etsy. The St. Louis pillow is vintage inspired and comes in a variety of colors.

Carol Ross Pottery
A while back when we were visiting the Missouri Botanical Garden, I noticed some pottery by Carol Ross. She sells her work on Etsy under the name The Clay Bungalow. I especially like the pieces with bunnies (of course).

Arizona Fabric
I've really been thinking about the West lately... So much great design. April Rhodes' Arizona fabric is fabulous. I saw this fat quarter bundle in the Sisters and Quilters shop on Etsy. (Wouldn't you know, they're from Utah...) If you buy it before I do, you have to share - OK?

Jhumka Earrings
In Chennai Express, Deepika Padukone is often seen wearing fabulous earrings. I tried to find out more about them and learned that the traditional Indian style is called jhumka. Below is a sampling of some from the Etsy shop Rumi Collections. So pretty.

Footstool
We need a small footstool, and they're surprisingly hard to find. Everything in stores these days is big and bulky or made for storage. I found this one on Etsy, and it gave me an idea... What if they made unfinished footstools? Apparently they do! The one on the bottom is sold by DIY Upholstery Supply and is made in Italy. (The price is not too bad, either.) I may have a project on my hands...

Friday Featured Etsy Seller: Sidereal
This shop may have also come to me through Pinterest... Sidereal is a fabulous Etsy shop featuring lovely little botanical embroidery. I think it must be doubly awesome because Lynn lives in Skagit Valley (a really great place to visit if you've never been there). These poppies are so pretty.

Friday Featured Etsy Seller: Scottish Beach Finds
To go along with the post from yesterday, I wanted to feature the Etsy shop Scottish Beach Finds today. This shop has fascinating finds discovered by two young brothers who live on the coast of Scotland. I would love to order something from this shop - sea glass, marbles, pottery shards, etc.
