Wilhelmina Peppermints

When we were in St. Louis recently we visited Global Foods Market, and I got some Wilhelmina Peppermints from the Dutch aisle.  They are so delicious and slightly soft.  Yum!

Russian Gingerbread

Have you ever tasted Russian gingerbread?  We found some at the Global Foods Market in St. Louis, and it is delicious!  I believe the anglicized name is pryaniki, and you can find a recipe to try here.

Aldmdudler Limonade

I bought a can of Almdudler Limonade at the Global Foods Market in St. Louis last month, and it was delicious.  It's lemonade from Austria that's slightly fizzy.  Their web site has beautiful pictures of the Alps, complete with mountain sound effects.

Hazelnut Chocolino

Last weekend when we were in St. Louis, we visited a new favorite store: Global Foods Market.  We bought food from all over the world, including this hazelnut chocolino from Croatia (I couldn't resist the cute squirrel on the front!).  It's a bit like cream of wheat, but smoother.  Yum!
