Williams-Sonoma Cookbooks
When we were downtown on Saturday, we stopped in Williams-Sonoma (just window shopping, of course). I noticed their lovely line of cookbooks. Doesn't this ice pops one look fun? We always had ebelskivers growing up, but we never filled them with anything except syrup - so I would love to see what their options are.

Have you ever made ebelskivers? I haven't. I just unpacked my pan and thought I might want to try it out sometime in the future.
Sadly, I haven't either. But I did make some poffertjes with my poffertjes pan! They're the Dutch version, and they're flat discs. The pan came with a plastic container to squirt the batter into the pan, and it worked really well.
